Level 1 - Thai-Yoga Massage Workshop - To be announced

For Qualified Therapists Only!
Be prepared to embrace a new experience in bodywork that specializes in opening energy channels, gentle stretching (for both practitioner and client), and using the whole body to perform a treatment.
Participants will learn techniques for supine, prone, as well as side-lying positions. Principles of eastern philosophy, including chakras and ayurvedic doshas will also be covered.
Please come dressed in comfortable clothing (no skirts, dresses or jeans), as the workshop includes yoga practice and meditation.
Light lunch and handouts included. Payment plan available.

Reflexology Introductory Workshop - To be announced

Open to the general public!
This 1-day workshop will enable students to learn the fundamentals of Reflexology. Students will also learn how to perform a mini-treatment on family and friends. Reflexology rationale, zones and reflexes will also be covered.

Aromatherapy Introductory Workshop - To be announced

This 1-day workshop will introduce students to Aromatherapy and its benefits, particularly Aromatherapy Massage. The many uses of Aromatherapy in the home will also be covered.
