This course covers the structures and functions of the systems in the human body, which include the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular, lymphatic, immune, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, nervous, and reproductive systems.

Aromatherapy is the balancing of the mind, body & spirit (the whole person) using essential oils through touch and smell. An essential oil is the pure essence, or life force, of different parts of plants, trees, flowers, spices, herbs, berries, fruits etc and contains balancing and healing properties.

It is essential that you have an appropriate qualification in Massage Therapy in order to study for an IEB qualification in Aromatherapy.

Reflexology is the study and practice of treating reflex points and areas in the feet and hands that relate to corresponding parts of the body. Using precise hand and finger techniques a Reflexologist can improve circulation, induce relaxation and enable homeostasis. These three outcomes can activate the body’s own healing systems to improve health and prevent illness.

Please note that you must have an appropriate qualification in Anatomy & Physiology in order to gain an IEB qualification in Reflexology.  We therefore offer an Anatomy & Physiology course that can be studied alongside Reflexology. 

The Therapeutic Massage  course covers the foundation skills required to perform a full-body Swedish massage for health and wellness, and operate as a professionally qualified massage therapist.

Please note that you must have an appropriate qualification in Anatomy & Physiology in order to gain an IEB qualification in Therapeutic Massage.  We therefore offer an Anatomy & Physiology course that can be studied alongside Therapeutic Massage. 

Sports Massage involves the use of specific advanced massage techniques geared towards anyone in need of rehabilitative bodywork or the sporting athlete.
